Great cooperation. The one challenge for me was with phone conversations due to the international aspect. Times worked out, but during a conversation thee would be a brief interruption in transmission of Shaun’s voice and several words were missed.

You get what you pay for. This is a saying with two sides. In the world of online marketing, PR, and many ‘gurus’ who try to sell you their ebook PDFs, you’re almost guaranteed to run into a scam or two. With Shaun and her team, you get none of the horrors above. In fact, they’re extremely upfront about what to expect from them, what they expect from you, and what kind of budget you should be thinking about. There are no shortcuts to success, and they don’t promise you the world. They’re realistic and kept me grounded. As a first-time author, I’d gone through what I felt was everything to get my book in the best possible shape. I just didn’t know the best way to market it. After my first call with Shaun, it was clear she knew what she was talking about. She was genuinely excited to work with me, and whilst this is often the mark of a good salesperson, I decided her track record spoke volumes. As soon as we decided to work together, it was clear I made the right choice. She convinced me to push my release by three months and work on generating buzz. Trust me, she knows how to do that. I’d never heard of ARCs before, but now I wouldn’t dream of doing a release without one.
